We absolutely loved our time at the condo this summer. We have two small

children and the space really worked well for us. The place was just as the description said and very clean/well stocked. We would definitely rent this

place again in the future.

Ahhhh Laguna Beach!!!!!

This is the place to stay if you want luxury and comfort right on the water. My

wife and two boys spend 5 relaxing nights here in June of 2010. The condo is so comfortable. The beds are soft and luxurious the shower is fantastic. No better place to unwind and relax. The boys and I boogie boarded everyday. This is

some fantasic surf. much bigger than in San Deigo. The waves are awesome.

We walked down the beach about 1/2 mile to the south and explored the tidal

pools and cool natural arches in the rock. After enjoying LA and the surrounding area it was so comfortable to come back to this condo. We Dined at Club 33

and had a wonderful late lunch. The food and service was unbeatable. Newport

beach is only 15 miles north. We had a great diner at Joes Crab Shack right on

the waterfront. If you are looking for a beachfront condo in Laguna I would

recommend this unit to everyone. Nick was easy to work with over email and

phone and everything was as promised. We will return... Thanks for the

memories and the wonderful use of the condo

Dear Nick, we just downloaded our pictures from our stay at your amazing beach-front condo, and we just had to submit a comment. We live just half an hour away from the beach and rarely take advantage of our beautiful coastline. No excues

this time. We packed very lightly for our weekend getaway to your condo and had one of the best vacations in quite a long time. Your condo is in the perfect location. Located right on the sand, I never feared my children being out of my sight having to cross a boardwalk or train tracks. We were able to watch the kids exploring the picturesque tide pools as we fixed dinner in the kitchen. We walked to the grocery store, shops, and cafes. No need to worry about parking. The rooms were

spacious and beaqutifully appointed. My 6 year old son loved the soft mattress pads, and slept in! That in itself was priceless. We look forward to staying at your home again, soon.

GREAT VIEW AND SOUND FROM BALCONY, WILL NOT NEED TV OR ANY OTHER FORM OF ENTERTAINMENT JUST LAY BACK AND RELAX. SLEPT SUPERB WITH THE FRESH OCEAN BREEZE COMING IN FROM THE BALCONY AND THE WINDOWS. I CALLED ONE OF NICK'S TEAM MEMBERS AND THEY DELIVERED WHAT I REQUESTED WITHIN A FEW MINUTES. GREAT RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. FAST FOOD TO GOURMET. FOR A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE YOU WON'T REGRET AND ALWAYS TREASURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a great stay at the condo, you really can't get from the pictures what it is like to stay at a condo that is literally ON the beach. The views were amazing and the house layout was great for a family. You can literally walk to lots of great little restaurants and the town of laguna is so quaint and fun. The location was great

for day trips to Disney and Lego Land. Of course, the trip to Club 33 was a major highlight, what a treat. If we make it back to the West Coast we hope to stay

there again!

This was our second stay in this lovely home with the incredible view. Since we're local, we had friends and family stop by over the week - all were always amazed

at just how close to the water this place is, not to mention the classy decor in the home. Nick was his usual helpful self...even left a card, flowers and cake for me when he found out I was celebrating my birthday there. Now that's service!

We all had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo literally right on the beach.

We enjoy watching the surfers from the balcony and the views and ocean were awesome. No need to drive anywhere in Laguna, walking distance to shopping and dining, trams also available in getting around. My children loved it and we all want to come back. Thank you Nick. It was lovely. As a family we appreciated the Disney theme.
